WEST SACRAMENTO,CA (June 12, 2009) – Nelmar Construction and The West Sacramento Housing Development Corporation's (WSHDC) is pleased to announce, the grand opening of “Patios de Castillo”, the very first acquisition and rehabilitation for the city of West Sacramento.

Patios de Castillo is a 45-unit housing revitalization project on three scattered sites: 200 Fourth Street (10 units); 500-510 Fourth Street (13 units) and 511-513 B Street/219 Sixth (22 units) in the Washington
Square area of West Sacramento.
